With over two decades of experience spanning finance, consulting, and startups, Dan has honed his skills in building and scaling innovative businesses. But Dan’s true passion lies in basketball. As a four-year varsity player at Division III Vassar College, Dan had the honor of serving as team captain his senior year, a role that instilled in him the values of leadership, teamwork, and perseverance.
With over a decade of coaching college basketball and a Professor of Kinesiology for over twenty years, he has been rated the highest in his department for over sixteen years. Dieterich also has worked in marketing and sales where he still holds records twenty years later.

A lifelong Bay Area baller, Chuck brings a winning mentality, a decorated playing career, and a deep love for player development to the Shoot 360 San Mateo team. A state champion at De La Salle High School and a record-breaking shooter at Pittsburg High, Chuck went on to star at Ohlone College and finish his college career at Menlo College.
Off the court, Chuck has spent years developing athletes of all levels—earning a reputation for his energy, empathy, and commitment to growth. As General Manager, Chuck leads our team and athletes with purpose, passion, and an unwavering belief in the power of hard work.
